Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into the system
• Manage customer and production schedules efficiently
• Generate documentation for reorders, review production reports, and handle similar customer and account-related paperwork
• Streamline product delivery and coordinate shipments
• Confirm purchase orders and manage schedule adjustments as needed
• Engage in written and verbal communication with internal and external customers, sales representatives, and Operations regarding customer orders
• Ensure compliance with environmental practices and proper materials handling and disposal
• Support Serigraph's current quality management system and master the use of SPECS
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
• Effectively communicate with customers, operations, and sales representatives
• Meet and maintain margin expectations
• Efficiently control customer inventory levels
• Provide assistance in sales-related activities as required
• Carry out additional tasks as delegated
• Proficiently interpret and understand blueprints
• Utilize various measuring tools for layouts and product inspections
• Demonstrate computer literacy

• Familiarity with departmental and company safety, housekeeping, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols
• Proficiency in inputting essential data into the Titan system
• Capability to comprehend and interpret job tickets effectively
• Possession of fundamental knowledge of Serigraph manufacturing processes
• Preference for experience with computers and CRT systems
• Comprehension of departmental procedures and policies
• A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable
